Extremely bad & unfriendly staff. We were at an air show and waited on a bench for half an hour. When the first paid, we agreed with the people. When we finally sat down, the waitress rudely chased us away what we were going to think. Others would have been there before us. Never eat there again, recommendation to everyone !!

We celebrated there with family and friends, everyone was very satisfied, service top price-performance ratio perfect, view great all in all, to be recommended

Great delicious food

I landed there with my glider and ate very deliciously. Everything was excellent and the beer tasted good too. The view there is very nice!

Operation rude. Only large drinks are served on the terrace. Rip off.

With the new tenant, it is unfortunately not as good as before. The food has more snack style, but the service is worse and probably more expensive. I don't like the concept of weekly prices and a higher weekend price. But it fits the food.

Have a little change suggestion: In the menu there are 'for our little ones' different types of french fries. But you are not a train station, but an airfield. I would rename the dishes to "French Windsock". It fits better, doesn't it? Best wishes for a successful new year. Ralf.

Delicious dishes "handmade". Big portion. The boss cooks with love, you can taste it. The boss does the service and ensures the nice ambience with always tasteful decorations.

We reserved a table at the weekend and can recommend the Quax very satisfied. The food was tasty and well presented. The service was friendly and accommodating. We had a great time here and have already reserved for our birthday. The negative reviews we can not understand.

It's not what it used to be anymore. After 10 km hike we were looking forward to a nice meal, unfortunately we were disappointed. Food was only for acquaintances and registered guests. I do not understand the philosophy of the landlords, so it will not work in any case. We will not take the path again and I can not recommend it to anyone else.

1. Food The selection on the menu is rather small compared to other restaurants. Nevertheless, there are many different directions of food. Whether a small or big hunger, both needs are catered for. On Sundays and public holidays you still get special offers, typical dishes in Thuringia are then on offer. I cannot admit any major deficiencies in relation to my food. I chose the "wild roast" (only available on Sundays and public holidays). The dumplings, the red cabbage and the sauce were great, the meat on the whole too, it was only a little dry by comparison. There is nothing wrong with the taste. The starter (mixed salad) and the dessert (mixed ice cream) were also flawless. 2. Drinks With drinks there is the typical selection of spirits. The selection of alcoholic beverages was a little too small for me, there were different types of beer, too few wines, but I don't want to criticize that here. 3. Service Very nice. The drinks were there quickly after ordering, as was the food. The staff was friendly and asked several times if everything was OK. Even the cook personally asked about the well-being of his guests. A big plus. Attention is also commendable. Despite a large number of guests, when the glass was empty or there was a request, a waiter or waitress was quickly available. Nice facilities and surroundings, very good food, friendly treatment of customers, good ratio of performance and price.

Nicely located. With great views and when the weather is good the planes can be seen taking off and landing. Very cozy and lovingly designed rooms. Very tasty food and fair prices.
